Description

You will manage the transition of source code from mainframe to C# using the PROGRESSION Tool Suite.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Clean compile and execute unit tests on automatically converted C# code.
• Troubleshoot defects reported by Fujitsu and client testing groups.
• Modernize legacy mainframe systems into Windows-based .NET environments.
• Maintain and validate code integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in large, structured system development projects.
• Strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and the Windows .NET framework.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server or Oracle SQL.
• 2+ years of experience working in Windows or Linux environments.
• 2+ years of experience using Visual Studio and C#.
• 1+ year of experience with Node.js, gRPC, Spring Boot, or Microsoft Web API.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, RPG, or PL/1.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for batch testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git.
