Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement API integrations between CRM platforms and internal/external systems.
• Support CRM technical configuration and integration requirements for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, and Oracle CRM.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for CRM-related data retrieval, validation, and reporting support.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure stable data flows across CRM and connected services.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate CRM technical requirements into implementable solutions.

Skills Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant CRM technical and integration experience.
• CRM platform technical experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM).
• API integration experience (REST/SOAP-style integrations and middleware-based connectivity).
• SQL for data access, validation, and CRM-related data work.
• CRM technical delivery experience across enterprise environments.

Good to Have:

• Cloud CRM experience.
• Marketing automation and campaign integration exposure.
• Data analytics experience for CRM insights and reporting enablement.
• Python and/or JavaScript for integration support and tooling.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technolog
