Description

You implement and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of vulnerability scanning solutions with ServiceNow VR.
• Configure and customize the Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) modules for automated ingestion and remediation workflows.
• Integrate vulnerability scan results via MID Server, APIs, or connectors, ensuring data synchronization.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, script includes, and UI policies to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing vulnerability scanning integrations with ServiceNow VR.
• Mandatory CSA, CAD, CIS-VR, and CIS-SIR Certifications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), including VR and AVR.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience integrating tools such as Invicti, Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 with ServiceNow.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and integration troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CVE, CWE, and CVSS scoring systems.
• Any Graduate degree required.
