Description

You implement and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of vulnerability scanning solutions with ServiceNow VR.
• Configure and customize VR and AVR modules for automated ingestion and remediation.
• Integrate scan results via MID Server, APIs, or connectors for data synchronization.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, script includes, and UI policies.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to maintain system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years implementing vulnerability scanning integrations with ServiceNow VR.
• Mandatory CSA, CAD, CIS-VR, and CIS-SIR Certifications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), VR, and AVR.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience integrating Invicti, Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 with ServiceNow.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and integration troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CVE, CWE, and CVSS scoring systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
