Description

Lead functional implementation and support for Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical execution to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business system requirements for ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Configure and optimize Finance & Accounting or Supply Chain modules in D365 F&O/BC.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional gaps and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central.
• Strong functional background in Finance & Accounting or Supply Chain domains.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project implementation.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Experience conducting training sessions and end-user support.
• Consulting experience with a track record of client interaction.
• Previous experience working with partners or consultancies.
