You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions and generative AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI-powered applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Search into enterprise-grade solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and define development best practices for AI systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C, C++, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong background in generative AI, NLP models, and AI-driven application development.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with M365 Declarative Agents and cloud-based AI solutions on Microsoft platforms.
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML teams and mentoring junior engineers.
