Description

You will provide technical expertise for Field Service Management (FSM) implementations and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure FSM solutions using C# and XML.
• Manage data and backend logic using SQL.
• Support and integrate FSM platforms including Maximo Scheduler and Ellipse FSM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SAP-based field service tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical experience.
• Proficiency in C# development.
• Strong SQL skills for database management.
• Experience with XML data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Scheduler or Ellipse FSM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Field Service Cloud or MS Dynamics FSM.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of SAP Syclo, SAP Agentry, or SAP Work.
• Any graduate degree.
