Description

You will design and lead multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, driving business transformation through technical leadership and strategic advisory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-cloud Salesforce architectures to solve complex enterprise challenges.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on technical vision, influencing business strategy and solution direction.
• Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, design, and delivery phases of implementation.
• Support pitch activities by shaping solution strategies and defining technical roadmaps.
• Mentor technologists and enforce integration standards using MuleSoft and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience leading complex implementations.
• Deep expertise in multi-cloud architecture and integration patterns.
• Active Salesforce certification in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft for integration and DevOps/release processes.
• Business fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to executive-level audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with App or System Architect certifications.
• Background in leading cross-industry transformations.
