Own functional support and technical customization for Sage 500 environments, focusing on Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support core Sage 500 modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management), Distribution (Sales Order, Purchase Order), and Manufacturing (MRP, Work Orders).
• Analyze, design, and streamline end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, ensuring tight integration with cash reconciliation.
• Manage manufacturing workflows, including routing, bill of materials (BOM), work order processing, and material requirements planning (MRP) efficiency.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact to troubleshoot user issues, reconcile module discrepancies, and conduct training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical and functional experience specifically with Sage 500 (formerly MAS 500).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, query optimization, and database design.
• Proven experience in VB.NET or C# .NET, specifically for Sage 500 customization and SDK environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Crystal Reports for generating operational and financial documents.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex manufacturing workflows and MRP efficiency optimization.
• Strong background in financial reconciliation processes.
