Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM modules and custom application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ensuring hands-on design and development expertise.
• Configure and build integrations with external platforms such as SAP and Workday using REST/SOAP.
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents and develop platform enhancements.
• Coach other developers and contribute to Client IP solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and custom application development.
• Hands-on expertise with REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Java.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 certification.
