Responsibilities

• Lead small-to-medium technical projects and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership on integration activities and solution architectures.
• Translate verbal requirements into requirement documents, statements of work, and proposals.
• Produce customer documentation and estimate effort required for delivery.
• Communicate complex technical issues to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of .NET experience.
• 2+ years of Power Platform experience, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent; or 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to design and scope deliverables within a specific field of expertise.
• Experience leading small teams in the delivery of specific deliverables.
• Strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering and client rapport building.
• Ability to resolve complex problems involving interactions between multiple products.
• Skill in translating technical details into concise written documentation and RFP responses.
