You will provide technical advisory, implementation, and training services to help customers maximize the value of their testing solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Parasoft SOAtest, Virtualize, DTP, and CTP solutions to solve development and QA productivity problems.
• Analyze customer business problems and design technical implementations using Parasoft technologies.
• Educate and enable customers through formal training, mentoring, and best practice guidance.
• Execute consultative problem-solving based on predefined project plans.
• Travel to customer sites as required to work directly with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SOA and virtualization technologies from a technical or consultative perspective.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, pre-sales, or technical support.
• Proficiency with messaging technologies including REST, Swagger/OpenAPI, SOAP, WSDL, HTTP/HTTPS, RabbitMQ/AMQP, Kafka, IBM MQ, or JMS.
• 3+ years of experience with XML and JSON (including XSD, XSLT, XPath), SQL, JDBC, and scripting languages like Python, Jython, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell.
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures, transport protocols, and synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Team City, or Bamboo.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift, or Apache Tomcat.
• Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, ECR, EKS) or Azure.
• Direct experience with Parasoft SOAtest, Virtualize, CTP, or DTP.
