Description

You will support Project Managers in delivering complex technical change projects to large Enterprise customers while also operating independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise across enterprise environments, use cases, and Adobe offerings.
• Present user management solutions, detailing pros, cons, and limitations for LDAP, Azure AD, and UMAPI.
• Drive and document online discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and map to appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot user management issues using The User Management Tool and the MS Azure Connector.
• Lead production deployment activities and resolve escalated issues from the production environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an international Enterprise-level customer-facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or Technical Consulting.
• Expert knowledge of Python.
• Proven experience with Identity and SSO setup guidance.
• Competent-level operation of Adobe Admin Console and The Global Admin Console.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML security standards with providers like OKTA, GoogleID, and Azure AD.
• Experience with LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, and Azure AD.
• Experience with SCCM and Windows Application packaging and deployment.
• Experience with Windows Virtualisation technologies including Citrix, Hyper-V, and VMware Horizon.
