Description

You will lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules to meet specific client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Develop and configure platform components such as workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades and cloning processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT.
• 3+ years in a technical consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with JavaScript or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM processes, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
