Description

Lead technical delivery and define architectural solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level of detail.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and offshore development teams.
• Design and deliver technical integrations between ServiceNow and client IT or business services.
• Support the pre-sales lifecycle and contribute to ServiceNow-based product roadmaps.
• Resolve complex technical issues across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technical delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
• Deep understanding of Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite.
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in demanding, time-critical situations.
• Ability to provide accurate estimating for cloud project delivery and system deployments.
