Description

You will design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and platform best practices. You will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants, Principal Consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will build scalable, supportable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on delivery excellence. You will develop solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities in primary product areas such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and implement platform features across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to platform best practices.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions for long-term supportability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Deep expertise in at least one core module: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Strong skills in technical configuration and solution design.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development capabilities.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting capacity.
• Any Graduate degree.
