Description

You serve as the primary technical link between customers and software development teams to implement PDIs systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to manage system implementation from environment preparation through SIT and pilot assistance.
• Gather business requirements and translate customer needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert and technical buffer during the deployment lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and training to ensure successful system adoption.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical consulting or support.
• Direct experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Background in the fuel, petroleum, or retail automation industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and software development processes.
• Previous experience in L1/L2 POS support desk roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient English language skills.
