Description

You will provide technical expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) across cloud and on-premise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Map client user requirements to the product suite through direct interaction.
  • Configure and advance configure both on-prem and cloud FSM solutions.
  • Execute implementation projects across various industry verticals.
  • Manage technical domains including scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
  • Handle server-side customization and mobile scripting tasks.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Field Service Management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in FSM domains including Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility, and Mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Administration, Resource Management, Service, and Analytics.
  • Technical expertise in XML, C#, and SQL.
  • Experience with IoT, SCADA, and Asset management.
  • Proven track record with at least 2-3 full implementation projects.
  • Experience working within 2-3 industries such as Telecom, Utility, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Logistics.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • FSM Practitioner or PSO Practitioner Certification.
  • Knowledge of server-side and mobile scripting customization.
