You will provide technical expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) across cloud and on-premise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Map client user requirements to the product suite through direct interaction.
- Configure and advance configure both on-prem and cloud FSM solutions.
- Execute implementation projects across various industry verticals.
- Manage technical domains including scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
- Handle server-side customization and mobile scripting tasks.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Field Service Management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in FSM domains including Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility, and Mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Administration, Resource Management, Service, and Analytics.
- Technical expertise in XML, C#, and SQL.
- Experience with IoT, SCADA, and Asset management.
- Proven track record with at least 2-3 full implementation projects.
- Experience working within 2-3 industries such as Telecom, Utility, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Logistics.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- FSM Practitioner or PSO Practitioner Certification.
- Knowledge of server-side and mobile scripting customization.
