Description

You will act as a technical lead bridging the gap between business needs and system implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional requirements, including system features, response times, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate requirements to determine if new applications or systems are necessary.
• Design and develop processes using flow charts to map system interactions.
• Optimize existing workflows by acting as a subject matter expert on system interoperability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience combining Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Process Engineer skillsets.
• Deep understanding of both business logic and technical components like APIs.
• Experience managing waterfall requirements, including BRDs and SRDs.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and build professional relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
