Description

You will own the technical consultation and architecture of ServiceNow deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, covering ITSM, HAM, SAM, and SPM.
• Define the architectural vision and roadmap by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
• Lead system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements for ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in a technical role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Solutions, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, and SPM.
• Experience integrating with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with SAP integration patterns.
• Proficiency in solution architecture design and implementation.
• Experience working with Project Managers.
