Description

You will provide expert technical consultation focusing on security information and event management (SIEM).

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage SIEM solutions, specifically IBM QRadar.
• Support Security Operations Center (SOC) functions and incident response workflows.
• Troubleshoot and manage event pipelines, log formats, and data ingestion.
• Integrate and manage API interactions within security systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SIEM administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM QRadar.
• Solid understanding of syslog and event pipelines.
• Experience supporting SOC operations.
• Proficiency with APIs.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Splunk Enterprise or Splunk ES.
• Experience with SIEM migration or coexistence models.
• Scripting knowledge using Python or Bash.
