Description

You interface with clients to manage professional services development projects, debug codebases, and communicate status while balancing multiple concurrent deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage four or more projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
• Assess customer needs to develop, configure, and debug software solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and participate in data analysis, mapping, and configuration meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and communicate status internally and externally.
• Occasionally travel to client sites as needed.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in Java or C#.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and solve unexpected problems analytically.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSO methodologies, RESTful APIs, JSON, and SOAP.
• 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in implementing software solutions in a business-driven environment.
