Description

Lead data and metadata migration strategies from Coupa to Ironclad, including configuration and ETL development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa to Ironclad CLM data and metadata migration strategies.
• Map contract objects, metadata, workflows, and obligations across systems.
• Configure Ironclad to support migrated templates, clause libraries, and approval flows.
• Develop and execute ETL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Support integration design between Ironclad and enterprise systems like ERP, SSO, and eSignature.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise software consulting experience focused on CLM platforms.
• Expertise in Ironclad configuration and Ironclad API usage.
• Deep understanding of Ironclad data structure.
• Strong knowledge of contract data taxonomy and legal workflows.
• Proficiency with Metadata and CLM Data.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of the Coupa CLM platform.
• Strong Data Migration experience.
