Description

You will design and implement reporting and analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards and Workday Prism Analytics to provide business insights.
• Create complex calculated fields and configure report security settings.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate report accuracy.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and maintain documentation for all specifications and deployments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Expertise in creating calculated fields and managing Workday report security.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience with report design and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and visual data storytelling via dashboards or scorecards.
• Exposure to Workday security roles, report permissions, or Workday Studio.
