You will create technical documentation, training materials, and interactive product demos centered on Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical guides, tutorials, and training materials for Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.
• Build interactive, click-through product demos using tools like Storylane, Navattic, or Demoboost.
• Design technical workflows, diagrams, and simulations to support learning.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain and update content to reflect product releases and new features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical content development.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with product demo software such as Storylane, Navattic, or Demoboost.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools for multimedia content creation.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals or AI Fundamentals.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate 360.
• Knowledge of software development processes and programming basics.
