Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to clarify technical details.
• Maintain an organized library of technical resources, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and guides.
• Produce SEO-optimized content in coordination with the marketing team.
• Structure and format content using images, charts, and diagrams to improve readability.

Required Skills

• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
