You will produce and manage technical documentation and content across various platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and proofread technical documents including user manuals, guides, whitepapers, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Write concise content for blogs, articles, website pages, newsletters, and case studies.
• Conduct research on products and industry trends by collaborating with technical teams to ensure accuracy.
• Work with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
• Manage and update content across websites and internal documentation tools while maintaining a consistent tone.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Any Graduate degree.
• Ability to work within team environments and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing for SaaS or telecommunications industries.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
