Description

You will lead data migration strategy for consolidating CRM and PSA platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and validate data selection criteria for Dynamics 365 requirements.
• Document extraction logic, business rules, and transformation requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assign data extraction tasks to system experts for Salesforce and Kantata platforms.
• Monitor data loading into SQL staging environments and coordinate technical issue resolution.
• Lead the rework process to refine data accuracy and completeness based on test results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration analysis.
• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Experience with Kantata (Mavenlink).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience managing complex enterprise system migrations involving CRM or PSA platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kingswaysoft.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Data Services.
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
