Description

Manage and execute cross-channel marketing programs using CRM platforms and vendor technologies. You will own the lifecycle of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-channel marketing communications including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Perform quality control on test cases for outgoing messages to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Administer CRM platforms and maintain customizations to ensure stable service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to activate CRM journeys and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support debugging, monitoring, and control during production, go-live, and post-launch phases.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising or direct marketing environments with data-oriented responsibilities.
• Proficiency in technical HTML and CSS execution for EDMs.
• Experience building EDMs and managing creative source assets for CRM compliance.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, databases, and segmentation.
• Experience working in Agile teams and iterative project environments.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies involving staging, testing, and production environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Any Graduate degree or diploma in a related field.
