Responsibilities

• Gather and clean data from databases, CRM, and external sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or SAP-BI.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Define business requirements and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to provide actionable data insights.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in a technical data analyst or similar data-driven role.
• Proficiency with SQL for complex querying and data lake management.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or SAP-BI.
• Experience with CRM applications including SFDC, SAP, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in data wrangling techniques to prepare data for analysis.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Python, or R.
• Experience with data lake tools like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
