Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to provide insights for business decisions and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Conduct root cause analysis and data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to facilitate communication between teams.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience building visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
