Drive technical solution analysis, data requirements specification, and quality assurance for financial product builds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements, including Agile user stories and proof of concept models.
• Analyze datasets to identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure product builds meet technical specifications.
• Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and write or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Manage project plans, escalating delays to the program lead and leading cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in global organizations.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, including SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with trade life cycles and asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Futures).
• Knowledge of Compliance surveillance platforms (Actimize, MANTAS, SunGard, SMARTS).
• Ability to problem-solve creatively in challenging international team settings.

Preferred Skills

• IT Project Management experience (Waterfall/Agile).
• Deep knowledge of trades data, positions data, and reference data.
