Description

You will own data modeling, analysis, and reporting for complex financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models to support reporting, analytics, and business processes.
• Consult with business clients to define detailed data requirements, flows, and lineage.
• Prepare and curate data for AI/ML model development in collaboration with AI engineers.
• Lead analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards translating data into business insights.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience as a Technical Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and Databricks.
• Strong skills in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for visualization.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably with regulatory reporting (Basel, CCAR) and liquidity risk.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in R programming, AWS S3, or QlikView.
• Experience with machine learning model development.
