Description

You will bridge the gap between P&C insurance business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, focusing on data mapping, transformation, and analysis within the Lumina Data Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and analyze existing data within application systems.
• Identify data sources and targets, performing strong source-to-target mapping and determining necessary transformations.
• Document and explain technical requirements to the IT delivery team for implementation in the Lumina Data Platform.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source systems.
• Interpret data and provide actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis and data profiling.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with domain expertise in P&C insurance (policy & claims management).
• Proficiency in complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data specifications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and integrity.
