Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is seeking a Senior Technical Data Architect with strong experience in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Architecture, and AI/GenAI. The consultant will work with architecture and engineering teams on cloud modernization, data platforms, governance, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and review Azure and Microsoft Fabric solutions

Develop reference architectures, standards, and design patterns

Support data governance and modernization initiatives

Provide architecture guidance for AI/GenAI solutions

Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams

Support architecture reviews, technical documentation, and solution decisions

Required Skills

10+ years of Enterprise, Solution, or Data Architecture experience

Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience

Strong Microsoft Fabric experience – OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory

Data Architecture & Governance – Microsoft Purview, Data Lineage, ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB

AI/GenAI – Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, Agentic AI

Cloud Modernization & Integration – APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture

DevOps: GitHub, Terraform, Azure DevOps

Financial Services or Asset Management experience

Strong experience creating architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical documentation

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting an Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE)

Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

Experience with Claude Code, MCP, or AI-assisted development

Experience with .NET/C#, Python, or Node.js

Data Mesh / domain-based data architecture experience

Strong communication skills with both executive and engineering teams

Core profile to target: Azure + Microsoft Fabric + Data Architecture + Purview + AI/GenAI + Enterprise Architecture
