Description

You will own end-to-end solution architecture for Sales, Marketing, and Commercial capabilities, ensuring scalable data models and business intelligence applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture, reference patterns, and solution blueprints for commercial platforms and analytics applications.
• Evaluate technology products, defining selection criteria for security, scalability, and vendor fit.
• Design and govern integrations across CRM, marketing platforms, and data platforms using API, event, and file-based patterns.
• Drive dimensional and semantic data modeling, guiding BI application design and governed metric implementation.
• Review technical artifacts including HLD/LLD, interface specs, and deployment architecture to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience, specifically within Pharma Commercial domains.
• Hands-on experience designing and governing complex integrations (APIs, event streaming, middleware/iPaaS).
• Strong data modeling skills, including dimensional modeling, star schema, and semantic layers.
• Proficiency with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ELT/ETL orchestration tools and pipelines.
• Understanding of sales planning, forecasting, bid management, and tender management workflows.
• Ability to establish standards for CI/CD, DevSecOps, logging, and data quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating COTS products against enterprise business requirements.
• Knowledge of data governance practices, including lineage, access controls, and retention policies.
