Description

You will lead technical data projects, bridging the gap between BI development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical data projects through Waterfall, Agile, or Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Direct data warehouse development (EDW) and data migration initiatives.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee technical workflows involving ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence reporting.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience as a BI Developer or Lead with deep technical data expertise.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager specifically on data projects.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or Data Stage.
• Experience with Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SSRS, or Qlik.
• Strong SQL development skills using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Background in Banking or Finance domains.
• Ability to manage onsite and offshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Scaled Agile frameworks.
