Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale application development projects from vision through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of technical work through analysts, developers, and testers.
• Oversee project financials to ensure alignment with established budgets.
• Plan and execute complex projects involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
• Direct technical resources through design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams using agile and iterative methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering application development projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience managing application development and technical implementation.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE, CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript (Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap).
• Experience with web service platforms including IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and Spring Services.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML.
• Advanced use of MS Project for scheduling and delivery management.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA within a project delivery methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying agile/iterative methodologies to solution delivery.
