Description

You will design and implement scalable analytics and data science solutions, aligning technical infrastructure with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving workshops to design, architect, and build proposals for complex technical solutions.
• Develop high-level solution frameworks and detailed design specifications, including architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define solution objectives and influence executive-level decision-making.
• Mentor data engineers and analysts while guiding development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage client escalations, perform root cause analysis, and conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in senior management roles, with at least 10 years as a technical delivery lead.
• Deep knowledge of data platforms, including relational, NoSQL, and distributed data stores.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark.
• Proficiency in designing modern data pipelines using ETL and ELT processes.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance best practices.
• Proven track record of designing complex analytics solutions and crafting business proposals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional, blended teams of multiple skill sets.
• Any Graduate education.
