Description

You lead technical project delivery across development, test, and non-production environments while managing agile operations and release processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Oversee release management processes and manage agile squad/Scrum operations.
• Maintain agile boards, manage epics, story points, and prioritize tasks to boost team efficiency.
• Conduct retrospectives and backlog grooming sessions, tracking agile metrics to guide team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise programs, navigating complex organizational structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in technical project management and agile delivery.
• Hands-on expertise building or maintaining test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and release management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally for sprint tracking.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and deliver outcomes under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing defect lifecycle management processes.
• Background in coordinating across multiple enterprise programs.
