Description

Lead AWS and Node.js delivery programs within the banking domain, managing complex onshore-offshore engagements to balance client satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile delivery using JIRA and Scrum methodologies for financial sector projects.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource capacity planning.
• Oversee onshore-offshore team coordination, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership.
• Proven expertise in AWS Cloud delivery and Node.js program management.
• Strong background in the banking or financial domain.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex engagements with distributed teams.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Any Graduate degree.
