Description

You will manage technical delivery through structured project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Construct project plans, including approach, participant identification, and critical path analysis.
• Manage risks and issues by defining mitigation strategies, analysis, and closure dates.
• Oversee budget management through baseline construction and forecasting.
• Lead Agile processes, including initiation, sprint management, and governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and benefit realization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including sprint management and roles.
• Expertise in project plan construction and critical path analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Risk and Issue management and mitigation.
• Experience with budget management and forecasting.
• Ability to manage data administration pipelines and incident tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio.
• Strong English writing, reading, and speaking skills.
• Effective conflict management and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in problem tracking and mediation facilitation.
