Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of client engagements, from roadmap prioritization to final deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more scrum teams with globally distributed resources.
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Partner with clients and integration partners to refine product roadmaps, backlogs, and business requirements.
• Create technical requirements mapped to business success criteria, solution designs, and test plans.
• Build and execute project schedules to ensure timely delivery of committed scope.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management roles.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodology and SDLC processes.
• Proven experience managing scrum teams and upholding agile principles.
• Expertise in backlog prioritization and requirement sign-off.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-groomed technical tickets.
• Experience managing distributed global resources.
• Strong capability in reporting on agile metrics and sprint health.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
