Description

You will act as the dedicated delivery lead and facilitator within our scaled agile model, supporting the Enterprise Technology and Operations Cloud Platform product group.

Responsibilities

• Run timeboxed upskilling engagements and facilitate special projects with application teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Jira backlogs, and automate repetitive story ticket creation for two teams.
• Coordinate and track major changes, ensuring documentation and metric reporting from Confluence to Jira dashboards.
• Develop and manage processes and tools to automate program routines like roadmaps and status reporting.
• Coach teams on best practices in scaled agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums and big room planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Agile principles, familiar with Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities.
• Experience with AWS and Cloud Operations.
• Expertise in Jira, including advanced use of JQL for dashboard creation.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and metrics reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI and building Power BI Dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to refine priorities, outline milestones, and identify risks in an Agile environment.
