Description

You will lead delivery for the Enterprise Technology and Operations Cloud Platform product group within a scaled Agile model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira backlogs for two application teams.
• Automate repetitive story ticket creation and streamline program routines like roadmaps and status reporting.
• Coordinate major changes, ensuring documentation flows from Confluence to Jira dashboards.
• Coach teams on scaled Agile best practices, including Scrum of Scrums and big room planning.
• Run timeboxed upskilling engagements and facilitate special projects with application teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional working experience.
• Deep proficiency in Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Expert-level Jira usage, including advanced JQL for dashboard creation and metric reporting.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and metrics reporting.
• Proficiency in AWS and Cloud Operations concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proven track record of refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying risks in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
