You will drive cross-functional software projects from planning through execution in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of full bodies of work by partnering with dependent teams to build and execute technical plans.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive results within high-performing software development teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical progress to developers, partners, and executive leadership.
• Execute process change management techniques to improve team transparency and continual improvement.
• Navigate both Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on specific project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex software product development projects.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Proficiency in Kanban and other agile approaches.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
• Knowledge of Automated Testing, Pairing, TDD, BDD, and ATDD.
• Experience using User Stories and Agile Games.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
