Own the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of complex technical systems across Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of large-scale initiatives from traditional methodologies to Agile techniques.
• Manage project timelines, work estimations, and shifting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of system development and maintenance.
• Drive technical project management across Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile frameworks.
• Provide clear written and verbal updates in stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT and business experience in complex delivery roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in technical project management within high-technology environments.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience performing accurate work estimations for technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
