Description

Lead technical application development and manage delivery for Microsoft-based technologies in a global, multi-timezone environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical tasks for development teams to ensure high-quality code releases and low bug rates.
• Conduct requirement planning and application design sessions with cross-functional groups.
• Implement Agile principles and Scrum methodologies throughout the project execution lifecycle.
• Manage application support strategies and ensure successful development workflows.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to drive project success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• 2+ years of experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience completing at least two full software development life cycles.
• Experience working within an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, or M.Sc (preferably in Computer Science or IT).
