Description

You will lead and manage IT projects and programs within the technical application development team, focusing on delivering enterprise IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver enterprise IT solutions.
• Manage strategic and operational aspects of projects, including scoping, scheduling, and quality adherence.
• Provide technical leadership to application development efforts to meet client expectations.
• Practice Agile principles during project execution and conduct requirement/design sessions.
• Ensure the successful implementation of development and application support strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience in project Management.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience across at least 2 full software development life cycles.
• Working experience with ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
• Client-facing experience in onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones.
