• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and project management.
• Proven expertise in Java technologies.
• Extensive experience in managing multiple software projects concurrently.
• Direct experience handling government clients.
• Strong background in software engineering management.
• Ability to manage and scale multiple technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech, or MCA.
